Visa Process

After you have signed up for our program, please contact your nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate for the Visa Application Form and processing fee. Make sure to bring (or send, if you are using an agency) the following with your visa application:

1. Completed visa application form

2. Passport. Must be valid with at least six months left before expiry

3. 2 passport sized photos (2” by 2”)

4. Visa fees.

Students applying for our summer programs or single academic term programs should apply for an L-class tourist visa. Those studying two or more terms of academic term programs will need to contact us to discuss visa application process and requirements.

Arrival in China

Please send us an email to let us know your flight details: date, time of arrival, airline, flight number, and place of departure, so that we can arrange your airport reception. Please forward this information no later than 10 days before your arrival. None of our programs include airfare.
