As a Langston English teacher you can expect a challenging and enlightening cross cultural experience, preparing you for life in an increasingly multicultural world. You will receive hands on experience working in our growing company, with both Chinese and American management. You will receive training in a multitude of areas, and you will also be providing our Chinese students the opportunity to have quality interaction with native English speakers while learning about Chinese culture!

Your weekly schedule will consist of the following things:

• 20 hours of classroom ESL teaching - You will usually be teaching small classes of kids, adults and teens using our professional curriculum, and a discussion based method of training.

• 20 hours of staff meetings, training, marketing activities and office hours - You will receive training in the areas of teaching, communication, and public speaking as well as cultural training and activities.
